ORDER:-
In the G.O. second read above, the Andhra Pradesh Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2010 have been issued. Subsequently, certain amendments have been made to the said Rules vide G.Os. third and fourth read above.
In the fifth read above, the department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Human Resources Development, Government of India have requested to incorporate Learning Outcomes in the Andhra Pradesh Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2010, as clause (c) of sub-rule (2) of Rule 23 of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2010 (Central Rules) have been amended to include reference on Learning Outcomes.
